MKIPTV uygulaması bir iptv oynatıcıdır. Bu uygulama da ve uygulama kodlarını barındıran sunucularda herhangi bir iptv yayını yapılmamaktadır.

Kullanıcılar kendi oluşturdukları oynatma listelerini sisteme yükleyerek uygulama aracılığıyla ulaşmaktadır. Uygulama deneme sürümü olarak kurulmaktadır.Süre bitiminde uygulama sahibi tarafından kısıtlama uygulanabilir.
